The Rocheport Honey House was originally built around 1900. While the home still has some of the more original features, including a beautiful stone fireplace, hardwood floors & window & door trim, we have updated the home to offer the comforts of modern living. The main level features a comfortable living room with cable TV, dining room, updated kitchen with granite countertops and all appliances, along with an update full bathroom. The kitchen is always fully stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, soap, paper towels, & basic necessities. Upstairs, there are two full bedrooms and a second completely remodeled bathroom with soaking tub & oversized walk-in shower. The master bedroom features a large king size bed. The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a futon that folds to a double bed. The sofa in the living room is a sleeper sofa as well. Due to both bedrooms being upstairs, a few stairs to access the home, and narrow doorways & halls, this home is not ADA Compliant.

The Honey House is just a short walk from the main downtown strip, and is easily accessible to the Katy Trail. With private wooded view off the back deck, off-street parking, and a comfy front porch to drink coffee & store your bikes indoors, this is the perfect Rocheport stay!
